These Terms and Conditions explain how HideClick works, what you agree to when using the platform, how billing is handled, and the limits that apply to every account, campaign, and service request.

By accessing or purchasing any HideClick service, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and service immediately.

1. Service Use

HideClick is intended for business users, marketers, agencies, and operators who are legally authorized to manage campaigns and related traffic workflows. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, platform policies, and regional regulations.

• Provide accurate account and billing details.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

2. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans, renewals, upgrades, and one-time purchases are charged according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account dashboard. You are responsible for keeping payment methods valid and payment details accurate.

• Subscription renewals may happen automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Taxes and payment processing fees may apply.
• Failed payments may pause service access until resolved.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final once a plan, license, subscription, access token, or service slot has been activated. Because HideClick provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and account-level service resources, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or payment reversals after purchase.

This no refund policy applies in every normal usage scenario, including if you change your mind, stop using the service, underuse the plan, configure the system incorrectly, or decide the service no longer fits your workflow.

Support assistance may be provided for technical issues, but support does not create a right to a refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, chargebacks or disputes opened without prior written contact and a fair resolution attempt may result in suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activity that could harm HideClick, our infrastructure, other users, or third-party systems.

• No malicious code, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No spam, phishing, impersonation, or illegal products.
• No abuse of routing, monitoring, or security features beyond normal use.

5. Intellectual Property

HideClick, including its branding, interface, software, layouts, and service materials, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Suspension and Liability

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of HideClick creates risk, violates these Terms, exposes us to legal liability, or harms the reliability of the service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HideClick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party service interruptions.
